The protagonists of our cuisine are the white artichoke of Pertosa, the mushrooms of Alburni Mountains, the wild asparagus, the black truffles of Lucani Mountains and turnip tops of Diano Vallo.
Accompanied by home-made pasta or grilled meats they create an unforgettable harmony for the palate.
For those who like strong flavors, the masters dishes are with game (venison, wild boar, hare, duck, buffalo and quails).
The starter of game “selection of cold cuts” is our pride and joy for those who enjoy more flavors in a single dish.

They are produced by local wineries with care and dedication, in a strictly artisanal way.
